One of our most powerful Large-Scale Web sites is for Alethes, LLC, an almost $1 Billion Mortgage Company based in Austin, TX, and serving numerous states across the US.

Alethes Loans provides home loans and loan refinancing services. They consistently impress Borrowers of Home Loans with their professional and courteous service.

One of their specialized services is helping Real Estate Professionals assist home buyers with fast home loan approvals. Their friendly Loan Officers make sure that Home Loan and Refinancing Applications are handled quickly and get your Home Loan Application ready-to-go just as fast as possible.

ProsperTech Group built these web sites from "the ground up". The web sites provide a unique combination of tools to help both Home Loan applicants and Loan Officers streamline the Loan Application service over the web.

Each site is designed to collect Home Loan Application information from a Borrower. The Home Loan Application information is then converted into an industry-standard Fannie Mae file format (FNM) so that the Loan Officers can import it directly into their loan processing software (Calyx Point and DataTrac/WebTrac).

In addition, each Loan Officer can modify their own web pages . They can change the content, the colors, and styles of their own web page by directly modifying these items via a web browser.

And, Alethes staff can manage and control the entire web site through a web browser. An admin can review and publish Loan Officer web pages, manage the primary web content, control the process of Loan Applications, and many other helpful items. In essense, the web sites are a combination of a comprehensive content management system, a loan application tool, and a communication tool for Loan Officers.
